Check In Time: 15:00 hours
Should you wish to guarantee a check in prior to this time there will be an additional one nights charge to reserve the room from the evening before arrival. This is especially important for early morning flights. Should you arrive before 15:00 hrs (3:00pm), we will do our best to accommodate but, cannot guarantee early check in.
Check Out Time: 11:00 hours
Late Check Out: Subject to availability a late check out of 12pm can usually be arranged with no additional cost. After this point each hour up until 3pm incurs a $25+ GST charge per hour. Between 3pm and 6pm a half day charge applies. At 6pm the fee becomes a full day charge.
*Standard Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel or amend please advise the hotel directly prior to 1500 hrs ( 3:00 pm ) on the day before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
Cancellations made after 3 pm a day prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.

Payment Policy:
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Further,100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and the remaining balance is payable in full upon arrival.
At check in you will be required to provide Photo ID and a credit card. We will accept debit card, eftpos or cash bond where we will require a $ 250 bond per stay, to guarantee payment of any incidental charges. Visa Debit or Master card-paypal will Not be considered as credit card. Check in would be refused without a security bond.
No Party Policy:
We love a party as much as the next person BUT we don’t love them in our guest rooms.
The Quadrant Hotel has a strict NO PARTY POLICY in all of our guest rooms.The Quadrant Hotel will not accept a reservation when the intent is to have a "party or function" within the hotel room.
The hotel will monitor any music or noise and one warning will be given to reduce noise/disturbance. If this warning is not followed, the guest will lose their bond and must leave the hotel immediately.
If there is a "planned or actual party" that slips through our reservation system, the Duty Manager will then advise the guests of this policy.
The maximum guests allowed in a room is per bedding configuration.
If the noise from your room is disturbing others it must end immediately. Should the noise continue you will then be asked to leave the hotel with no refund in accommodation charges.
Valet Car Parking:
All vehicles at The Quadrant Hotel are valet parked at a charge of $28 overnight - we do not allow self-parking.
