Check In Time: 15:00 hours
Should you wish to guarantee a check in prior to this time there will be an additional one nights charge to reserve the room from the evening before arrival. This is especially important for early morning flights. Should you arrive before 15:00 hrs (3:00pm), we will do our best to accommodate but, cannot guarantee early check in.
Check Out Time: 11:00 hours
Late Check Out: Subject to availability a late check out of 12pm can usually be arranged with no additional cost. After this point each hour up until 3pm incurs a $25+ GST charge per hour. Between 3pm and 6pm a half day charge applies. At 6pm the fee becomes a full day charge.
*Standard Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel or amend your booking, please advise the hotel directly prior to 1600 hrs (4:00pm) on the day of arrival to avoid any cancellation penalties. If cancelled after 1600 hrs (4:00pm), there is a late cancellation fee of one nights accommodation to be charged to the credit card provided for guarantee.

Payment Policy:
